Seriously?

I have a co-worker that is being harassed by our supervisor. She was written up this week for
"helping too much". Uh...REALLY?!?!?!? Wow. Can't wrap my head around that one and wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it.

What?? 'helping too much'?? most supervisors are LOOKING for your co-worker! your supervisor needs to give her head a shake!

They just fired a girl in c/s for basically the same thing.
Best employee they had. Always did more than asked. Always at work early never called in sick. But that supervisor just like ours kept writing her up for every little mistake.
Now I GET writing up folks for mistakes. I've had to do it. But to write them up for very minor mistakes while totally ignoring 6 other employees that make HUGE mistakes that cause us to lose accounts is just crazy.
I'm trying to hold out for the insurance and FMLA coverage but I'm not sure how long I can deal with the stress. I have a feeling that our location is going to be "downsized".
The general theory in both cases is that the supervisors felt threatened because these ladies knew more than they did about our jobs. I don't know...it's just crazy and added stress I don't need.
