Always did more than asked. Always at work early never called in sick. But that supervisor just like ours kept writing her up for every little mistake. <br />Now I GET writing up folks for mistakes. I've had to do it. But to write them up for very minor mistakes while totally ignoring 6 other employees that make HUGE mistakes that cause us to lose accounts is just crazy. <br />I'm trying to hold out for the insurance and FMLA coverage but I'm not sure how long I can deal with the stress. I have a feeling that our location is going to be "downsized". <br />The general theory in both cases is that the supervisors felt threatened because these ladies knew more than they did about our jobs.
